Flexophone panels are modular , self-supported elements, made of a white metal box-shaped structure and composed of two pre-painted sheets in steel, 5/10 mm thick, one half-shell sheet is full, the second one is perforated. The panel can be assembled in different ways in order to get 7 different sound-absorbing and sound-insulating panel combinations:
T1: mono-absorbing system for cladding
T2: bi-absorbing system
T3: mono-absorbing system
T4: bi-sound-insulating system; perforation on both sides
T5: bi-sound-absorbing system including floating layer and high sound-insulating performance
T6: mono-absorbing system including floating layer and high sound-insulating performance
T7: bi-absorbing system including floating layer and high sound-insulating performance
The panels are produced with standard dimensions 3.000×310 mm, 70 mm thick (except Flexophone T1: T1has a thickness of 40 mm).
Thanks to perfect sealing, gaskets are not necessary also glues are not used. In reference to the fire reaction each material used is taking part of CLASS A1 according to EN 13501-1. Each element can be shaped easily on site and the are multiple application possibilities like wall cladding, baffles etc. The Flexophone ensures a high acoustic performance and has a low price.
Hot-dip galvanized steel with SENDZIMIR Z140, pre-painted on both sides; thickness: 5 micron including anti-corrosion varnish. Pre-painting on both sides with polyester powder, minimum thickness 20 microns
