Flexophone panels are modular, self-supported elements, including a white colour pre-painted 5/10 thick sheet metal casing with a special box-shaped profile.
Flexophone panels are modular structures with two solid or perforated sheet metal surfaces. They can be assembled in personalised manners to obtain 7 different sound-insulating and sound-absorbing combinations:
T1 single-absorbent covering-system
T3 single-absorbent system
T4 two-face-insulating system
T5 Bi-absorbent system with sound-blocking vibrating layer with high sound-insulating power
T6 Single-absorbent system with sound-blocking vibrating layer with high sound-insulating power
T7 Two-face system with sound-blocking vibrating layer with high sound-insulating power
The panels are manufactured in standard sizes of 3000×310 mm with a typical thickness of 70 mm (with the exception of Flexophone T1 which has a thickness of 40 mm).
Gaskets are not necessary because each panel comes equipped with a male and a female part for fixing to the adjoining panels. Thanks to pressure fitting, no glues are used and this product can therefore be used both indoors and on the outside of buildings. All the materials used are Fire Reaction Class A1 materials according to EN 13501-1.
Each element can easily be shaped on site with standard industrial cutting equipment and then used for multiple applications including anti-noise barriers, ceiling baffles, wall covering, enclosure walls, sound-insulating mobile screens etc.
Flexophone panels offer excellent acoustic performance and are extremely good value.
