The integrated noise barrier is a combination of a noise and safety barrier usually to be installed narrow road lanes or limited roadside space; tested to containment level H4 (UNI EN 1317);

NOMINAL DIMENSIONS: length: 2.250 mm – height: 500 mm – thickness 120 mm. The Integrated noise barrier is composed of HE-profiles 160 with post-distance i=2,25 m in galvanized and painted steel welded at base plate. This kind of noise barrier is characterized by a triple wave band connected to a spacer in hot-dip galvanized steel (UNI EN ISO 1461), a handrail tube 160×80 mm in galvanized and painted steel (UNI EN ISO 1461) and a Bending press carter for the motocyclist protection in galvanized and painted steel plate. In reference to noise barriers designed for heights > than 3,00 m is predicted a hinge tipper connection for dumping barrier portion. The noise barrier is composed of sound-insulating and sound-absorbing metal panels (steel, aluminium or corten), included safety steel cables, screws and eyebolt for the perfect sealing resistance in case of collision
